Domestic Delivery (Malaysia)                                                                             

Zutto offers delivery services to your doorstep for all clients within Malaysia. Pos Laju(East Malaysia), J&T & Pigeon (West Malaysia) courier services with tracking number are available.


Under normal circumstances, ETA after shipping is one to three working days for West Malaysia. ETA for East Malaysia is three to five working days. Please allow for slight delivery delays during peak periods (Christmas, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year etc).


Working day: Monday to Friday (except public holiday)


Delivery Rates

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan):
  • Initial rate is starting from RM 18
  • Subsequent rate is RM 10 for every 1 KG  

Free Delivery for orders totalling up to RM 550 (Unless stated otherwise)

Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia):
  • Initial rate is starting from RM 8
  • Subsequent rate is RM 2 for every 1 KG 

Free Delivery for orders totalling up to RM 550 (Unless stated otherwise)



Delivery Policies


We will not reveal or sell any of your information to unrelated third parties.

Unpaid items

Unpaid items will only be hold and reserved for maximum 24 hours (unless stated otherwise).

Time of shipping

Your purchased goods will be shipped only after we receive clear payment. Shipping days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holiday (unless stated otherwise).

Longer processing time might be needed during peak seasons or temporary stock shortages (clients will be notified).


Return policy

Goods sold are returnable for refunds within 48 hours after delivery was made to the recipient, under the following conditions:

  • Buyers agree to pay for the full return shipping fee
  • Return postage must be done through Pos Laju with tracking number, tracking number must be provided
  • Returned item(s) must be in original package and in good condition, all parts of the item(s) must be returned

Zutto will not refund any postage fee(s) paid by the buyers during the initial purchase. Refunds will be done through online banking after we received and checked the returned items.


Damaged & Missing Shipment Policy

If the items in the shipment is severely damaged, please take a photo and send to us within 24 hours after receiving the shipment. We will provide full refund OR resend the shipment if the shipment is severely damaged or missing. Damages due to mishandling by recipients or minor damage will not be entertain.

This policy is not applicable for those that provide incorrect delivery address or unavailable address.
